This is a very interesting parcel. There is a sandy building site at the SE corner of the lot. This is where the house and septic system should go. The majority of the property is wet lands with a sandy section at the very rear of the lot where there are also more trees. In case you don't know the wet lands attract a lot of wildlife which you will see once you build your home. There should also be a great number of birds.
