Heavily wooded with large cedar trees, previously perked (expired), back to public lands. There is a 240 acre State of Idaho parcel on the south boundary, and plenty of room for wildlife to roam. The grass grows tall and is magnificent grazing for elk and deer. The wells in the area are shallow. Close into Clark Fork and plenty of areas for recreational opportunities, to include Lake Pend Oreille, the Bitterroot mountain range, the Cabinet Mountain range, and the Clark Fork River valley.
