It's a 2BR/2BA unit and both rooms are en-suite so each room occupants have their own privacy.Each bedroom has one queen size bed that is large enough for two adults (so total number of beds are two).There is one extra-large sofa in the living room area. Although it is not a sleeper sofa, the size and cushion is comfortable for one person (or even two kids) to sleep overnight.The living/dining room is very open and spacious. Lots of natural breeze when windows are open.
