ROOM RENTAL. Our place has five bedrooms and two bathrooms, and you will have one private room for yourself, and be sharing two bathrooms and kitchen with other three people. Your room is furnished with mini fridge, and bed. Laundry and dryer are located on-site, and you get to use one on-site parking spot. The utility (highest speed internet, electricity, water, and trash) is included. The rent is $850 per month, and the security deposit is required in amount of $850. We are looking for month-to-month.
