OUR BUILDING: Join our community of students & young professionals (majority in our 30's) that are clean, health conscious, friendly, relaxed, considerate of others, communicate easily, & socialize when we have the time. Common areas include living room, full kitchen & wrap around patio. We are a VERY chill, clean & organized household, social but very busy & not a party house. STUDIO: Private fully furnished room and bath/studio w/ all amenities provided. Big bright breezy windows & a large deep mirror closet. Unit includes refrigerator, microwave, burner, conventional oven, & more. Unit is Fully furnished with a full size bed, bed side table, large dresser, art, mirrors, refrigerator, microwave, lighting, and other furnishings. Private en suite bathroom and kitchenette. There is also a full kitchen in the main part of the building with an extensive selection of all kitchen appliances (juicers, blenders, fryers, rice cooker, steamer, crock pot, etc).. SOME OTHER PERKS: We have community surfboards, bikes, snorkel gear, boogie boards, kayaks, hot tub and more. There is cable in the unit and in the common area and 4 secure WIFI networks to use anywhere on the property. You would have access to an on-site coin-operated washer and dryer. There is a free shuttle to UH nearby and we are a block from Chaminade. Reserved parking. THE AREA: Located in the Kaimuki on 2nd Ave. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, food, bars, etc. Centerally located near UH Manoa & Chaminade University, easy access to H1. Close to bus, Waikiki, Diamond Head, Ala Moana and Kahala ( 10 min bike).
