It's located right across the street from the start of Waikiki and right next to Ala Moana Mall! The living room is big (20 feet by 15 feet), the kitchen has been renovated (includes stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator, washer, and dryer. There are two options. I am offering the guest bedroom for $1100/month + utilities (electricity and wifi, estimated at $80-$100) or the master bedroom for $1300/month + utilities. There is only one parking spot associated with the condo. If you would like the parking spot it will be an extra $100/month for whichever option you choose. Lease options are 6 months or 1 year. The security deposit is $1100 or $1300.
