From Route 11 toward Volcano after mile 13, turn left on South Kulani Rd. Go to T, turn right. Go down 3 roads to Hibiscus. Go down to the 6th lot from the end of the road on the left. Lots are 100 feet wide. Go to Fernacres.org. Beautiful lot with healthy large Ohia trees. Very pretty private lot.
